Since its release, it has garnered millions of users so much that different versions of it have also been introduced to the market. Navmii Offline GPS India is yet another version of the app. As stated in the name, this app provides city navigation for Indian users. From voice-guided navigation to local search and points of interest, this app helps you get your way around India without an internet connection.

Navmii Offline GPS India uses the mapping data from OpenStreetMap for its navigation services. Its developers just convert these data to the app’s format and present it in a familiar interface. The app has many familiar features normally found in popular sat-nav programs, such as Waze. To get your way around the city, you only need to key in the address and the app will give you the direction you need. For a more stress-free drive, you can take advantage of the turn-by-turn voiced navigation. 

Navmii Offline GPS India also provides traffic information as you drive. In the app, you can check for speeding, hazards, and even safety camera alerts. You can also find the nearest parking, gas station, and even tourist attraction. Moreover, you can add multiple waypoints to plan your routes more effectively. In addition to specific addresses, the app also comes with Points of Interest system or POI, which lets you search for category-based locations. Note, however, that some categories come with limited results. 

As with the name, Navmii Offline GPS India works offline. To get started on this function, you only need to download the map of a particular city. The app allows the download of multiple maps, but it requires payment for each additional map. You can install multiple versions of the app to avoid paying—but doing so takes time and may eat up large chunks of your device's storage.
